Musicandfilm will replace any product that's faulty. For details see below.

If you've ordered a title you decide you don't want, you can exchange it with two conditions:

• that the cellophane shrinkwrapping and any seals are still unbroken
• that you return it within 30 days from the despatch date at the bottom of your invoice (10 days if it is your introductory product).

If you don't do this, we can't exchange it. We're not liable for the cost of returning Products. We'll charge a £10 administration fee to cover our processing and administration costs if you don't return unwanted Products within the time allowed, or if the shrink wrap has been removed.

Musicandfilm isn't responsible for the safe delivery of any returned parcels.
